At MakeMyTrip, my role gradually expanded from building mobile features to full-stack development, owning modules, planning roadmaps, mentoring teammates, and working closely with business stakeholders. Whether it was questioning a drop-off analysis that didn't quite add up or revamping key workflows to strengthen our competitive advantage, I've always been more interested in understanding the problem than jumping straight to the solution.

Before that came a PM internship at Times Internet, a consulting stint at PwC, and a marketing role that helped me better understand where my interests naturally gravitated.

Growing up around my father's business probably planted the first seeds. Watching everyday decisions around customers, operations, and growth made business feel familiar long before I knew what product management was.
